**Brighton's Recreation Center Offers Unique Burlesque Dance Class After Dark**
Brighton Recreation Center in Brighton, CO, is hosting a Burlesque Dance Class focusing on empowerment and self-confidence through expressive choreography. The class is scheduled for next Friday evening, providing participants with an opportunity to explore their femininity and develop their dance skills.
The class is open to all levels, from beginners to experienced dancers. Participants will learn routines that celebrate movement and encourage confidence in a supportive and uplifting environment.

Roybal-Smith sentenced to 80 years for three murders
Denver District Attorney John Walsh said Ricky Roybal-Smith pleaded guilty to second-degree murder in Denver and to two counts of second-degree murder in Adams County, receiving 56 years for the Denver charges and 80 years in Adams County to run concurrently with the Denver sentence after strangling 34-year-old Vincent Chacon in a Downtown Detention Center cell on June 30, 2025.
