**2025 Brighton Economic Development Summit Scheduled for April 23**

The 2025 Brighton Economic Development Summit will take place on Wednesday, April 23, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., at The Armory Performing Arts Center, located at 300 Strong St., Brighton, CO 80601.

This event will feature discussions on key topics impacting Brighton and Adams County, including new construction and related projects presented by Holly Prather, Community Development Director for the City of Brighton. Bill Aiken, Deputy Director of Adams County Community and Economic Development, will provide updates on Adams County, while Mike Kboudi, Executive Managing Director at Cushman Wakefield, will cover general housing market trends. Additionally, John Covert, Director at Cushman & Wakefield, will share insights on the Brighton and North Metro housing market.

The event, organized by Brighton Economic Development in partnership with HTC Heritage Title Company, is free and includes a complimentary continental breakfast starting at 9:00 a.m. The program will begin at 9:10 a.m. Seating is limited, and attendees are encouraged to RSVP by April 14, 2025, at www.Brightonedc.org.
