The Greece Storm Unified Leadership Club is participating in the Rochester Schools Only Polar Plunge to support Special Olympics New York. The event is part of the 1st Annual Cool School Polar Plunge and is scheduled for Friday, January 30, 2026 at Nazareth University. Participants will take the plunge in cold water to raise funds that help provide sports, friendships, and opportunities for Special Olympics New York athletes, at no cost to the athletes or their families.

The team has already reached 75% of its $500 fundraising goal. Donations can be made online, and those interested can register, donate, or request additional information by scanning the provided QR code or contacting Caleb Diedreck for team inquiries. The event is supported by Greece Central School District in Rochester, NY.
