**Construction Projects Underway in 27J Schools District**

The 27J Schools District in Colorado is making significant progress on two major construction projects. Work is currently underway on the Talon Ridge Middle School in Thornton as well as the North Transportation Terminal in Brighton, according to updates released by the district.

### Talon Ridge Middle School

Talon Ridge Middle School, set to be completed by fall 2026, will feature a design similar to Stuart and Quist Middle Schools. The district has partnered with Accenture, JHL Constructors, and HED to bring the project to life. Construction progress is steadily moving ahead as the district prepares to expand its educational facilities.

### North Transportation Terminal

The North Transportation Terminal is another key project in development. The 12,500-square-foot facility is being constructed just behind the district’s Educational Services Center on Bridge Street. Set for completion this spring, the transportation terminal is being built in partnership with GH Phipps and DAO Architecture.

### Community Support

Both projects were made possible by funding from the 2021 Bond, which received approval through community voting. The district expressed gratitude to voters for supporting investments in education and infrastructure.
